Ms. Giessman's 6th grade science class concluded their space unit with a fun project. They used their imaginations and critical thinking skills to create a travel brochure, presentation and model of a "place in space to vacation". I am so proud of the creativity and excitement these kids showed!

Ms. Giessman's 7th grade class is learning about the levels of organization in multicellular organisms. They got to dissect eggs and boiled chicken legs to represent the relationship between a cell to tissue to organ to organ system to organism! Some enjoyed it more than others....

🚌❄️ Clopton Schools - Inclement Weather & Snow Route Information 🚌❄️

As we move into the winter season, we want to remind our Clopton families of the district’s procedures regarding inclement weather and snow routes.

At Clopton, student safety is always our top priority, and we will continue to make decisions with caution when winter weather arises. When possible, school cancellations or delays will be announced the evening before. However, in some circumstances, decisions may need to be made early in the morning.

All schedule changes will be communicated through our District All-Call system, which delivers both a phone call and a text message to those registered in our system. We also encourage families to check our district’s social media pages for live updates and announcements regarding weather-related changes.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our students and staff safe during the winter months.
👉 Snow route information can be found on our district website: www.clopton.k12.mo.us (button in the upper right corner - Snow Routes 25-26)
